By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using MoradoSolution hosting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

We provide Minecraft & game hosting services including:

  • Minecraft hosting (vanilla, modded, plugins)
  • Global data centers with low latency
  • Pterodactyl panel access
  • NVMe SSD servers
  • Daily backups
  • Advanced DDoS protection
  • 24/7 support

Features may vary based on selected plan.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hosting illegal or copyrighted content
  • Malware / hacking / DDoS attacks
  • Spam & phishing
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Adult/NSFW content on servers
  • Resource abuse affecting other clients
  • Reselling services without permission

Violations can lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, be responsible for all activity under your account, and be 18+ (or 13–18 with parent/guardian consent). If unauthorized access occurs, notify: [email protected]

4. Payments & Refunds

Billed monthly unless specified. Automatic renewal until cancelled. Accepted methods: card, UPI, net banking, etc.

Refund Policy: 3-day money-back guarantee for new customers. No refunds for renewals, upgrades, or after 3 days. Refunds processed within 7–21 business days. Refunds denied if abuse detected.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via dashboard — service stays active until period ends. No partial refunds.

Late Payments: Service may suspend after 3 days of non-payment. Termination & data deletion may occur after 14 days.

5. Service Availability & Uptime

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee monthly
  • 48-hour notice for maintenance
  • SLA credits available if uptime below guarantee
  • SLA excludes DDoS & external issues

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for loss of profits, opportunity, or data, or downtime beyond control. Maximum liability is the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Backups & Data Responsibility

Automated backups are provided but not guaranteed. We are not liable for data loss. Users are responsible for their own backups.

8. Suspension / Termination

Your account may be terminated for TOS/AUP violations, illegal use, non-payment beyond 14 days, or if the server poses a security risk. No refunds if terminated due to violation.

9. Age Restrictions

18+ required to open an account. 13–18 allowed with parental supervision. Not intended for children under 13.

10. Migration Policy

Free migration from another host (1 server per account within first 30 days). No migration assistance when moving away — full data will be provided for export.

11. Affiliate Program

Earn commissions from referrals. Spam, false advertising, and trademark misuse prohibited. Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

12. Prohibited Content

  • Child exploitation / terrorist content
  • Pornographic/explicit content
  • Hate speech
  • Malware / cybercrime
  • Gambling without license
  • Copyright-infringing material

13. Governing Law & Disputes

All services are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved under Indian courts after a 30-day negotiation attempt.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by natural disasters, war/terrorism/riots, power outages, internet backbone failure, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

We want you to be satisfied with MoradoSolution services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of their first purchase. This applies to new accounts only and is limited to one refund per customer.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Renewal payments
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Requests made after 3 days of purchase
  • Accounts terminated due to TOS violations
  • Cases where abuse is detected

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–21 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time via the dashboard. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Late Payments

Services may be suspended after 3 days of non-payment. Accounts unpaid for 14+ days may be terminated and data permanently deleted.
